Last Week, The Best Dressed Gents Opted For Vibrant Prints And Metallic Hues

It was only a matter of time before celebrities caught up with the year fashion-wise. Last week, Black male celebrities around the globe pulled out all the stops and took menswear to the next best phase. From stylish arrivals at American stadiums and courts to the streets of Nigeria and Tanzania, fashion risk-takers ruled.

Arriving at the Brooklyn Nets and Indiana Pacers game, American basketball player, Iman Shumpert looked hip in his John Geiger hoodie and sweatpants set. But his most alluring clothing piece was the super cozy gray Louis Vuitton puffer jacket he wore over the black sweatpants set. To add an exciting fresh verve, he completed the look with a pair of mismatched John Geiger sneakers. With this fit, Iman showed us just how to finesse game day arrival style.

2021 has just begun but it has already proven to be a big year for South African music producer, Prince Kaybee who has been promoting his soon to be released album “The 4th Republic,” and also recently announced that he worked on the soundtrack album for the “Coming 2 America” sequel. The celebrity disc jockey looked icy in a neutral print three-piece winter ensemble. He balanced the sportiness of the look with a pair of black boots, which added a timeless touch and complemented the neutrality of the outfit.

In Nigeria, fashion designer Adebayo Oke-Lawal offered us his version of street style goodness. Dressed in a pair of black shimmering pants, which he paired with a matching metallic silver shirt, he opted for a chain-link sling bag and a pair of black leather Jodhpur boots. A totally debonair yet practical look.

As the week progressed, the menswear looks flaunted by Black male celebrities around the world grew in voguish capacity, and we’ve curated the best of the best to inspire you.
