What is the refund policy?

We offer product exchange and store credit for returned merchandise. However, returned merchandise must not have been used, and must be in its original condition with all tags, including any hangtags still attached. We do not accept items that have been worn, soiled or have missing original tags.

All claims, including exchanges and store credit, must be initiated within thirty (30) days after receipt of goods.

Note that original shipping/handling fees are non-refundable.

Please contact us via email at for a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions, as items will not be accepted without prior authorization.

All return emails must include your order number for reference.

Please include a copy of your Return Authorization and insure your package prior to return delivery.

Can I get my money back?

We offer store credit for returned items and your store credit never expires!

Are there any return fees?

Customer is responsible for return shipping postage. However, in the unlikely event that you received the wrong product or a faulty item, we will cover the return shipping postage. For exchanges, customer is also responsible for exchange product shipping fees.

The following goods are non-returnable: final sale items, lingerie/intimates, bodysuits and jewelry.

U.S. Orders

All items approved for return must be shipped within five (5) business days of receipt of Return Authorization.

International Orders

All international orders must have returned postage dating no later than seven (7) business days of receipt of Return Authorization. Any international return received later than 45 days from the order date will not be acceptable.

How soon will I receive my store credit?

Please allow up to 2-3 business days from the date your item arrived back for your store credit to be issued. You will receive an email with your store credit details.
