Jamie Beck, one half of the Ann Street Studio, has a passion for seeing beauty through the lens of a camera and bringing that beauty into the light so everyone else can get a glimpse of it.
Beck describes herself as a “traditional” photographer in a digital world but her work speaks so much volume that she has a dedicated follower-ship on all the major social media platforms. Jamie does not work alone, her husband Kevin Burg is happy to work along side her. In 2009, Jamie and her husband created the popular Tumblr page called “from me to you” which gained millions in following, something that you can say was quite an achievement back then.
Today, Jamie Beck has moved on to other projects which include the Self Portrait Series which she features on her blog as well as Instagram. This series is one of the most fascinating things we’ve seen all year and we want you to see it.
