American rapper, singer, songwriter Cardi B, real name Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar, took to the streets of Paris Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2020 to literally shut it down. Cardi B did this by stepping out in one head-turning ensemble after the other at the just concluded PFW SS20.

Cardi B is no stranger to the quirky side of life and she channeled that quirkiness into pieces we all had no choice but to fall in love with. To kick off things at PFW SS20 as styled by Kollin Carter, Cardi B showed up in a Richard Quinn multi-pieced outfit. The ensemble included a belted overcoat, knee-length pleated skirt, gloves, high boots, a head wrap, and a face mask – all in lime green, baby blue and lavender floral print.

From her Instagram video which was taken just in front of the Eiffel tower, it was obvious that Cardi B couldn’t see much through the face mask but that didn’t stop her from confidently strutting her stuff.

To attend Thom Browne’s show, Cardi showed up in a blazer and pegged skirt with cushioned and textured fabrics. Her third look at PFW SS20 was a patterned multi-colored animal print ensemble from Norweigan designer, Edda Gimnes. Next up was a purple spandex dramatic wrap dress with thigh-highs spandex boots. The dress and boots are Nicolas Jebran, but the boots are from a collaboration with Lebanese designer, Andrea Wazen.

For her final look at PFW SS20, Cardi B pulled off an all-Chanel ensemble that has been tagged by the internet as a Cara Delevingne look. The outfit is from Chanel’s AW19 collection and was popularly modeled by Cara Delevingne. It consists of a tweed coat, jacket, co-ordinating trousers, scarf, fedora hat, and a belt adorned with the Chanel logo. And of course, the look wouldn’t be complete without a matching Chanel handbag.
