Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

Our Response to Valid Notices
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, Style Rave will:
∙ Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
∙ Notify the content provider or user who submitted the material
∙ Take reasonable steps to prevent future infringement by the same party

Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you submitted to stylerave.com was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Agent. A valid counter-notification must include:
1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it previously appeared
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your district

Repeat Infringer Policy
Style Rave maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users and contributors who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
