British-born Nigerian actress Beverly Naya is a fast rising star in Nollywood. She began her acting career at the young age of 17 whilst studying to get her bachelor’s degree at the Brunel University in Uxbridge, England which included a focus on script writing and film making. She ultimately moved to Nigerian to pursue a full time acting career.
Since making her Nollywood debut in 2008, she has proven that she is a force to be reckoned with after starring in prominent roles in movies and TV series like Home in Exile, Death Waters, Alan Poza, Before 30, The Wedding Party 1 and 2, Tinsel and more. In 2010, she won “The Most Promising Actress” award at the Nollywood Awards and “The Fast Rising Actress” at the City People Entertainment Award in 2011.
