Meyer, 49, wore a strapless bridal gown for the outdoor ceremony, while Ogunlesi wore a classic tuxedo. Maguire, 51, led the couple through their vows in a black suit and matching tie. Photographs from the wedding showed the ceremony taking place beneath a flower-adorned arch at the luxury Hawaiian resort.
The celebration drew a high-profile guest list. Leonardo DiCaprio attended with his girlfriend, model Vittoria Ceretti, while Amazon founder Jeff Bezos was present with his wife, Sánchez Bezos. Actress Courteney Cox and stylist Rachel Zoe also attended the wedding.
All three of Meyer’s children were present for the occasion, including Ruby Sweetheart, 19, and Otis Tobias, 17, whom she shares with Maguire. The former couple married in 2007 and announced their separation in 2016.

Maguire’s involvement in the ceremony follows years of maintaining a friendship with Meyer after their separation. While the former couple’s marriage ended, they have continued to prioritize their children and preserve a close family dynamic.
Speaking to PEOPLE in May, Meyer described how the family continues to spend important occasions together, including holidays, birthdays, and trips. She also praised Maguire’s relationship with Ogunlesi, explaining that the two men have developed a positive bond.
“We travel all together. We have every holiday together. We have every birthday all together,” Meyer said.
She continued, “[Maguire] is an incredible father. He is an incredible ex-husband. And Geoff loves him and he loves Geoff. And so everything just works.”
Meyer has also discussed the challenges of navigating co-parenting after their separation. During a December appearance on the Inside Edit podcast, she acknowledged that the transition was not always easy, particularly as their children were growing up. The former couple attended therapy together as they worked through those difficulties.
“I now have an ex-husband who is my best friend and would do anything for me, and I would do anything for him,” Meyer said. “Anything in the world.”

Meyer and Ogunlesi were first linked in the summer of 2023. They made their red carpet debut as a couple at the Baby2Baby Gala in November of that year. Meyer serves on the board of the Los Angeles-based nonprofit, which provides children living in poverty with diapers, clothing, and other essential supplies.
The couple announced their engagement in August 2024. Meyer shared a photograph on Instagram showing the pair embracing beside a candlelit table decorated with pale pink flowers. She captioned the post, “YES!!! ♥️♾️✨.”
The announcement attracted congratulatory messages from celebrities, including Jennifer Garner, Kate Hudson, Vanessa Bryant, Kelly Rowland, and Paris Hilton. When Birdies co-founder Bianca Gates commented on Meyer’s engagement ring, the designer revealed that Ogunlesi had arranged the surprise, writing, “It was alllll him! Total surprise 🥰.”
Ogunlesi is the founder and CEO of The Ogunlesi Group, an entertainment and music management company whose roster includes artists such as Young Thug, charlieonnafriday, and Myles Frost. He is the son of Adebayo Ogunlesi, a prominent Nigerian lawyer and investment banker.

The wedding follows the couple’s arrival as parents earlier this year. Meyer confirmed the birth of their daughter in a Father’s Day Instagram post in June, sharing a tribute to Ogunlesi alongside a photograph of him holding their newborn.
“A perfect month with our perfect baby girl. We love you the most @geoffo212,” she wrote. “Happy Father’s Day♥️.”
The baby is Meyer’s third child and her first with Ogunlesi. Her two older children with Maguire also attended the wedding, bringing the blended family together for the celebration.
