If your sex life has become slouchy, it’s time to zone in on your diet and general lifestyle to strengthen things a little bit. Certain foods are known to increase libido and even enhance the pleasure derived during sex. Not everyone’s favorite vegetable, but spinach can steamroll your sex drive. This leafy green is rich in magnesium, a mineral that can boost your testosterone.
