Tamar Braxton has gone through some serious life changes over the past few months especially with her divorce case but these issues have only inspired the beautiful star to start afresh, starting with her hair!
Last month the 40 year old R&B singer had a big chop and her fans are so loving it! Tamar first made the reveal on her Instagram page with the caption “Yo wig!!! get thee behind me.” Since then she’s been rocking her hair fabulously with no regrets, it appears.
This new hair cut is evidently part of the transformation for the songstress; she is so free from wigs and weaves and seems to be over the moon about it; and we must confess the bald look looks totally gorgeous on Tamar plus she is rocking it so confidently and fiercely.
While hair is important it shouldn’t define who we are as women rather it should make us feel good and Tamar Braxton serves as an inspiration to other women who may be wanting to scream in the words of India Arie, “I am not my hair!” We are in a time where all beauty is accepted and appreciated and our happiness should not be confined by the inches of our hair, weave or wig.
