For the November 2018 issue of Vogue Spain, the magazine celebrates Lupita Amondi Nyong’o – the Kenyan-Mexican actress who rose to fame after her role in the movie 12 years a slave. The issue had the fashion photography duo Luigi Murenu and Iango Henzi of 2b Management as the photographers for the c0ver feature.
In this issue, Lupita Nyong’o wishes for a planet where everyone can succeed irrespective of genre, the colour of their skin, the softness of their mane or the continent which they come from. She was also grateful to have her kinky hair celebrated on the magazine.
For the cover shot, Lupita was styled by Juance Brian in outfits by Calvin Klein. Her hair, makeup and manicure were done by Vernon François, Nick Barose and Deborah Lippmann, respectively.
