Host With The Most! Check Out The 6 Hot Looks SEYI SHAY Served At The Headies 2018

The Headies 2018 which held on May 5th was a phenomenal celebration of the best in the Nigerian music industry and was hosted by top-rated Afropop singer Seyi Shay. Seyi Shay rocked six eye-catching looks for the epic night and she sure was the host with the most!

Showcasing a mix of lace, fur and lots of glitter, with the help of Efe Tommy, a style entrepreneur and his team, the diva’s wardrobe did not disappoint. Efe made sure to highlight her best features such as her neck, shoulder bones, tiny waist and long legs and ensured each dress fit like a glove. Her makeup was soft and on the neutral side, which complemented her sleek high-ponytail nicely. Seyi Shay finished off her look for the Headies 2018 night with crystal earrings and a mini bucket bag.

For the first on stage look, the star went with a Wakanda themed outfit which coincided with the opening Wakanda-inspired performance. The black sheer lace with intricate details featured a full voluminous neck and bell sleeves. She paired the look with a turban – a tribute to Winnie Mandela and finished up with lace socks and a pair of Louboutin Pigalles. The whole look was created by Nigerian fashion brand, House of Jahdara.

For the second look, Seyi went for a sleeveless floor length David Tlale fringe dress with deep V neckline. Keeping her signature platinum grey coloured hair pulled back to reveal glittering silver earrings.

Designer Samuel Noon delivered a sexy thigh-high slitted red dress with a dramatic bow on the right shoulder. She finished her look with soft makeup by Jide of St.Ola and a pair of Louboutin stilettos.

Next up was a frothy black gown also from House of Jahdara. The bespoke crystal-embellished side velvet gown which was cinched at the waist came with an exaggerated train, for a dramatic effect as she waltzed around the venue.

She opted for a pretty peach look for her next appearance. She wore a voluminous sheer maxi skirt paired with a matching corset crop top by David Tlale.

The final showstopper was a fresh-off-the-runway Mai Atafo AW18 outfit as Seyi Shay stunned once more in a see-through lace jumpsuit.
