There must have been something extra fashionable in the air last week—and the eclectic outfits spotted on Black celebs and top influencers prove this. As they stepped out of their homes, the best dressed gents leaned towards dapper bliss and the 1970s disco looks. Safe to say, they stuck the landing, as our favorite style stars did justice to whatever look they were going for.

The Looks
Rocking a full Gucci monotone ensemble, actor Colman Domingo brought his A-game to New York for his “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” interview. The look had a witty edge to it which made it feel like a throwback yet so modern. This is something we always find with Gucci pieces. The notched lapel, bootcut pants, and pointed platform boots made Domingo’s ensemble an interesting disco uniform.
Of course, if we are talking about statement looks, it wouldn’t be a true roundup without Nigerian media personality Ebuka Obi-Uchendu. The television host turned up to the first BBNaija eviction show on Sunday wearing a custom-designed beige-colored Atafo Official suit by Nigerian designer Mai Atafo. He completed the look with a pair of black and blue sneaker-style dress shoes, and the result is a heavy-hitting fashion statement. Certainly, the eviction wasn’t the only thing people were talking about.
From the Renaissance album party to television interviews, the best-dressed male celebrities did not skimp on the style factor last week. They stuck to the theme and served heat, and we dare say we were mighty inspired.
