South African television personality, rapper, actress and healer, Boity Thulo, turned 30 on April 28 and is marking the milestone with her first-ever Glamour magazine cover for their May/June publication.
For the Glamour cover which was shot by Steve Tanchel with Jason Alexander Basson as the fashion director, Boity Thulo was dressed in a Gucci GG Flora Print Zip-Up Jacket with artsy braids matching her outfit. The traditional beaded braids style was done by Nikiwe Dlova, while her glam beat featuring neon eyeshadow was done by Caroline Greeff.
According to Glamour,
“with a successful reality show and several music hits under her belt, she’s a fireball and self-starter. She radiates the energy we need right now as we pick up the pieces and resume life as we know it. With a career spanning a decade, Boity’s still one of the most loved and hard-working personalities on the continent.”
The full story will be out in Glamour SA’s new issue, available digitally Friday, May 1st and on newsstands Monday, May 4th. South African celebrity news today
