Aso Ebi Friday: Don’t Visit Your Tailor Without Seeing These Fabulous Aso Ebi Styles!

The asoebi culture is something that started centuries ago in the Western part of Nigeria and while we can’t clearly state that the idea of the ‘Aso Ebi which means ‘family cloth’ originated from the Yoruba people, we have to admit that they have strongly represented this culture over time.

On a broader scope, somehow, the idea of wearing a common fabric at occasions, made by tailors in the country has definitely boosted our culture, general love for fashion and of course, the economy. As the Aso Ebi culture continues to grow, the need to always have the best styles has become a necessity. It doesn’t help that the use of Ankara and lace fabrics are so generic that you have to find a way to make yours stand out and show what a creative, stylish genius you are. Well, to save you some trouble, we’ve curated 15 unique looks to inspire your next Aso Ebi design.
