It’s safe to assume that we are all Fenty Beauty enthusiasts. The excitement that we’ve experienced in the last 12 days was quite something as beauty faithfuls remained anxious knowing that with each day came the reveal of a different shade of Fenty Beauty’s new lipstick collection, and the beginning of the countdown to when the products would actually launch.
The lip line which is called ‘Rihanna’s Fenty Beauty MatteMoiselle’ is a range of matte lipsticks with a plethora of hues. The singer herself announced the new line on Instagram and for those of us who have been waiting for a lipstick range, we were more than excited.
In the promo video released, Rihanna mentioned that the MatteMoiselle by Fenty Beauty would contain a range of 14 shades, and you can clearly see powder blue, violet, Rihanna Navy, Fanta orange, Kelly green as well as your classic burgundies, nudes, pinks, and reds. In other words: Fenty Beauty is dropping a full rainbow spectrum of matte lip colours for us to rock into the new year. The singer herself has been pictured rocking some of the shades. Unlike the Fenty Beauty Stunna Lip Paint, this formula comes in solid, bullet form. It also appears to have a super-intense pigment payoff, if the images of Rihanna wearing it below are any indication.
To show off the diversity of MatteMoiselle, soul sensation SZA can be seen sporting the dark green lipstick called the Midnight Wasabi and she looks truly stunning. The full collection will be available at Sephora, Harvey Nichols, and Fenty Beauty on December 26th at 9 AM EST. You’ll also be able to shop the full collection in store, if you prefer, at Sephora and Harvey Nichols.
