At Style Rave, we aim to inspire our readers by…
We can all agree that 2020 has not been all that we expected it to be. I mean, who knew that we would be living in times like this where going out is only for essentials? However, we are all making the best of it and being hopeful that the coronavirus pandemic that has plagued the entire world will be over soon. While we can’t go out as much as we would love, South African celebs and style stars are not letting the situation affect their style game.
In South Africa, celebrities and style influencers are chilling at home in looks we can’t help but fall in love with. In fact, they are giving us lockdown styles we didn’t know we needed. And the lesson we’re walking away with after seeing all these chic looks is that just because there is a lockdown does not mean our style should be locked down as well. After all, what we’re wearing at any time says a lot about how we are feeling and what we choose to wear can uplift or dampen our mood.
There will be good days and bad days but we should all make an effort to look good while we stay at home. Why is this so important? Well, because when we look good, our brain is tricked into informing the rest of the body that all is well, even if briefly. Also, dressing up and looking good boosts your confidence. But be sure to make your comfort the key ingredient in your lockdown style. south african women
