Lily Afe, Alex Asogwa & Ini Dima-Okojie Led The Pack Of Expressive Nigerian Celebrity Styles Last Weekend
A passionate writer, self proclaimed chef and lover of music…
Independence and expressiveness are what we love most about last weekend’s celebrity styles. The intimate side of the ladies in this list was made clear through the attires they wore. Their outfits were representative of current mood and milestones; we saw a rare insight into their empowering vulnerability and innate strength.
From BBNaija’s Alex Asogwa’s hot pink mini-dress to Lily Afe’s floral maxi, the looks in this line up are what expressive style is all about. Here are our fave celebrity style takes from last weekend.
Alex Asogwa
Alex Asogwa wore a pretty pink mini dress as she attended yet another Project PINK BLUE breast cancer awareness event. Styled by Abuja based fashion entrepreneur Mimi Yina, the ex-BBNaija housemate looked totally ready to be auctioned at a high price for a great cause.
MOËT SOCIETY GARDEN PARTY
Ini Dima Okojie
Nollywood actress Ini Dima-Okojie looked ever so gorgeous in this lovely floral mini-dress by her preferred designer, Fab Lane by Derin. She allowed her inner ‘girly girl’ come out to play as the Moët party was all about floral gardens.
Lilian Afegbai
Actress Lily Afe’s outfit to the party was even more celebratory. Still, in the birthday spirit, the actress and filmmaker opted for a floral sheer number that showed off only a bit of her top half, giving off that sultry but not too sultry vibe.
Waje Iruobe
Singer Waje came through fiercely in a huge floral crown and a simple but very pretty African Print dress which she paired with the cutest white sandal heel. Her style was fun yet confident and sure.
Mimi Onalaja
Mimi Onalaja’s look was more of a “girl next door,” in a floral two-piece set from the Belangelique retail store. But pairing her outfit with such stunning pumps and skin leather handbag, she was definitely not the “average” girl next door.
Beverly Osu
Rarely do we see actress and model Beverly Osu show off her femininity in a very feminine way. For Beverly it’s always about being fiercely confident and strong; however, this look right here shows her in more open and free light. We love!
