When African celebrities and top style influencers step out, they do so in uniquely creative looks that are impossible to ignore. This is why we can’t help but celebrate African women weekly, showcasing their best fashion takes and style delivery for your inspiration.
From the Veuve Clicquot Polo Series to the AMVCA nominations cocktail party, amongst other outings, African celebs made selecting the best looks from last week quite a difficult task for us but we’ll forever take that over endlessly scouting for rave-worthy styles.
Over in South Africa, the 2017 Miss Tanzania World, Julitha Kabete, stepped out in a haute Dona Matoshi two-piece for the annual prestigious Veuve Clicquot Polo Series which returned to Cape Town’s Val de Vie Estate. But she wasn’t the only one who stole the show as Blue Mbombo showed off legs for weeks in a nude mini dress by Scalo.
The Nigerian heat didn’t stop BBNaija’s Cee C from stepping out in a leather ensemble which she finished off with a diamond-studded fishnet heel sock boots. Talk about crushing our necks! Nollywood actress Beverly Naya was a metallic goddess in a look that reminded us of the versatile of her style. From her gorgeous brown skin to her nude glam and the bronze dress, she was a perfect definition of bronzed out!
