Whether Brexit is happening or not, London Fashion Week showed that Britain still has her fashion game together at the just concluded London Fashion Week Men’s. Between June 7 and 10, designers showed off their SS20 collections to fashion enthusiasts and industry insiders at the BFC’s Truman Brewery venues and beyond.
From Liam Hodges to Bethany Williams, Olivia Spencer and Alexander McQueen who made a surprise appearance with their collection, the 2019 menswear London Fashion Week left us with a lot to look forward to.
For their SS20 looks at LFW 2019, many designers brought back laid back shirts and silky fabrics for casual looks, while others revisited the 90’s with baggy cargo trousers and acid brights. Chunky trainers, graphic T-shirts and bomber jackets were not left out of the mix. Some designers gave us a refined finish to luxury streetwear separates while some made a signature out of using the base materials of everyday street life.
