The Etro models wore the wet hair look to present a collection of motifs, echoes, and etherealness. This hairdo is at its best when it flaunts a prominent parting and is slicked behind the ears. Other than Etro, Maxmara, MM6, Attico, and Diesel also boasted a healthy dose of this hair trend, parading the runways to present a wide selection of collections. This proves that this season, the wet hair trend can play a leading role in your wardrobe adventures, including elegant red carpet numbers and edgy denim offerings.

#2. Bold eyes

Giorgio Armani was one of the fashion houses to use dramatic hues, such as the metallic colors on their models that brought a striking twist. Armani’s colorful runway show was all about vibrations, and the statement eyes sealed the deal. The bold eyes beauty trend can be achieved with a black, smokey eyeshadow as well as colorful hues like blue for an electrifying impact.

For the Spring/Summer 24 runway show at Milan Fashion Week, Dolce and Gabbana presented a collection filled with confidence, allure, and seduction. To up the sensual meter, the models graced the runway with smokey cat eyes. This edgy eye makeup took center stage while the rest of the look was kept minimal, bringing the collection to life. Beyond the runways, celebs and influencers like Chiara Ferragni gave a reinterpretation to this trend.

To interpret Franco Moschino‘s early work, the soft grunge beauty look was employed and saw models sizzle in the season’s collections for the runway show. The soft grunge look has been on the mainstream beauty scenes and still shows no intention of reclining. The trick of the soft rendition is to inject one or two features of the main grunge beauty look. Thus, Moschino leveraged the dark lips and smudged eyeshadow. Avavav also used the grunge beauty trend to portray the meaning of their collection which was themed “No time to design, no time to explain.”

#5. Dewy face

The Diesel brand is known for erratic inclusions, and this season stayed on course. As the Milan Fashion Week beauty trends were coined to support each designer’s overall objectives, we saw Diesel champion moisture. Whether it was the wet hair or the dewy skin, each helped to emphasize the spontaneity and playfulness of the collection.

Red lippies have always embodied the theme of passion. In fact, this is true for everything the color red touches. Fashion houses like Gucci and Ferragamo kept this color alive at Milan Fashion Week. Models and style stars were spotted pairing popping red lips with leather coordinates and colorful accessories. For some models, Gucci married this color with fierce animal skin outfits, reflecting the theme for their collection: “A story of passion.”

Finger waves were everywhere in Milan. Designers set it on models to present their Spring/Summer24 collections, and the red carpet witnessed it in quantum. This beauty trend requires the hair to be slicked but in a deep wavy form. The finger waves low-key represent the wavy patterns brought about by vibrations. We’d like to believe they herald the positive vibes the season promises to give.
