The couple had also made their relationship “Instagram-official” last year. The reason for the breakup remains unknown.

According to quoted sources, “Michael and Lori are both completely heartbroken. They still love each other. They had great times together and brought out the best in each other.” The duo is yet to address their breakup on social media and haven’t released any statements about it yet. The couple made their red carpet debut at this year’s Vanity Fair Oscars party.

Harvey attended the Cannes Film Festival last month on May 17 and appeared solo on the red carpet for a screening of Final Cut. The couple sparked breakup rumors in recent weeks after she returned from France following the film festival.

A post shared by Nomcebo Zikode (@nomcebo_zikode)

Singer Nomcebo Zikode has gotten herself a new whip. The “Bayabuza” hitmaker took to Instagram to share a clip of her signing documents for her brand new Range Rover. The star was rocking a white power suit and her husband was there to celebrate the new acquisition. “The big things, the little things and the things that make us realize how far we’ve come. I’m so happy that I am able to share this moment with my family and those closest to me,” she wrote.

Zikode’s manager confirmed to the media that the new car was hers and not an ambassadorship deal. The past two years have been filled with milestones for the star which saw her career grow beyond SA borders. This includes her solo tour in North America last year.

Congratulations to the star.

4. Nigeria: Gunmen kill Catholic worshippers in Owo, Ondo state

Gunmen attacked a Catholic church in southwestern Nigeria’s Ondo state during mass on Sunday, killing several people. A doctor at a hospital in Owo, a town in the state in Nigeria’s southwest, told the press that “several worshippers were brought in dead.” Funmilayo Ibukun Odunlami, police spokesperson for Ondo state, said “there was an incident today at the Saint Francis Catholic Church in Owo” and police would issue a statement soon. Reports say gunmen had fired at worshippers and detonated explosives at the church.

The Ondo state governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu said he was heading back to the state from the capital Abuja after the “unprovoked attack and killing of innocent people of Owo. We shall commit every available resource to hunt down these assailants and make them pay,” he said in a statement.

Our condolences go out to the family of the deceased. Michael B Jordan break up

5. French Open: Rafael Nadal beats Casper Ruud for 14th Roland Garros title

Rafael Nadal reclaimed his crown as the king of the French Open, winning a record-extending 14th title by beating Norway’s Casper Ruud in straight sets. Spain’s Nadal, 36, won 6-3 6-3 6-0 against eighth seed Ruud to also extend his record number of Grand Slam men’s singles titles to 22. He moves two ahead of his great rivals Roger Federer and Novak Djokovic. Nadal, who lost to Djokovic in the semi-finals last year, has won 112 of his 115 matches on the Paris clay.

After also winning the Australian Open in January, Nadal has claimed back-to-back major titles for the first time since 2010 — when he won the French Open, Wimbledon, and US Open in a row. Two days after his 36th birthday, Nadal becomes the oldest French Open men’s singles champion and surpasses fellow Spaniard Andres Gimeno, who won aged 34 in 1972.

Nadal’s achievements are even more impressive in the context of the physical issues that have hampered him in recent times. At the end of 2021, the former world number one thought he would have to retire because of a chronic foot problem and was troubled by the issue at the Italian Open earlier this month. A stress fracture of the rib also caused him to miss two months of the season shortly after his 21st major win at the Australian Open.
