The Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle has been in the news a lot lately and for good reasons. The stylish royal’s February trip to New York for her private baby shower ceremony and then to Morocco for a 3-day visit that focused on education, gender equality, youth empowerment, and sports made several daily headlines.
Duchess Meghan, while on these trips pulled out all the stops and proved that her love for fashion was unending and definitely undeterred by her baby bump. These visits would be her last overseas trip before she gives birth this Spring.
The former TV star started her New York trip with a more subdued approach to fashion. Some fans and fashion enthusiasts wondered if this was the vibe she would give whilst on her visit to Morocco but when she got off the plane in that caped Valentino red dress, all doubts were off.
We knew she would be serving looks all the way and true to style, she kept it a mix of both worlds: minimal and casual on informal visits and elegant and classy during formal gatherings.

Meghan Markle is not like every other woman out there and it’s not because she is a history breaking royal. For her baby shower in New York, the Duchess went with a colour scheme of ‘Black’ when every other woman would probably go with bright colours.

The Duke and Duchess embarked on a three day trip to the Kingdom of Morocco. The royal tour which had been pre-planned had the Duchess getting her Diplomatic fashion on lock. Meghan Markle starting by paying tribute to the country’s flag in a red caped Maison Valentino dress.
