Being the daughter of a supermodel might afford you knowledge above your peers but Kaia Gerber, Cindy Crawford‘s daughter had to make people know that the knowledge she got from her supermodel mom isn’t a waste. The 16-year-old had a good run in 2017, walking in fashion shows for the likes of Prada, Versace, Yves Saint Laurent, Fendi and more. So good was her performance that the teenage model has been dubbed by many editors as “the baby model to watch”.
But Kaia Gerber didn’t have it easy. The model who began her career signed to IMG models at the early age of 13, 3 years ahead of her model mum Cindy, has had her fair share of the experiences that come with being in a competitive industry. Kaia has proven that she was born for success as evident in her achievements in the past years which include: her first magazine solo cover at the age of 14 for LOVE, being the face of Alexander Wang‘s SS16 fashion show, a beauty campaign for Marc Jacobs and a host of other achievements in the span of her 3 year career. We believe that she truly is heading for the stars.
