From the intricate beauty of traditional wedding dressing to the cinematic spectacle of a film premiere, the scene unfolded in a parade of fashion that refused to fit neatly into one category.
Digital fashion creators Akin Faminu and Nkiruka Festus, popularly known as Kiki Festus, celebrated their traditional wedding, Hooked On The Faminus, bringing together rich cultural references, striking silhouettes, and the kind of detailed dressing that makes a wedding a fashion event in its own right. Elsewhere, digital creator and filmmaker Abiri Tobi Festus, better known as Folagade Banks, premiered his film A Mama Deola Wedding Story, inviting guests to arrive in their finest wedding dresses and suits.
