On October 17, Halle Bailey was honored with the 2023 Gen-Z Game-Changer Award at the Glamour Women of the Year ceremony. The event, which took place at London’s famous One Marylebone, saluted this year’s top “feminist heroes and game-changers in their respective fields.” The Grammy-nominated singer accepted her award with a touching speech. “I guess the best way to describe how I’m feeling is to simply say I am humbled to be here,” she told the star-studded audience.

“I know that my personal journey, although filled with my own struggles, and challenges, and wins, and losses, pale in comparison to many more deserving women out there. But I also know that with the spotlight comes a responsibility to speak about my experience in hopes that it can provide some guidance and inspiration to those girls and women who look to me standing under that spotlight.”

The sparkling wine is inspired by her love of celebrating life’s small and big accomplishments. It will be available at Target and alcohol delivery services like Drizly, Instacart, and Shipt. 5. Al-Hilal reveal Neymar suffered ACL injury on international duty

Neymar ruptured his anterior cruciate ligament while on international duty with Brazil, Al-Hilal has confirmed. The forward suffered a horrific injury during the Selecao’s 2-0 defeat to Uruguay on Tuesday evening. He was stretchered off in first-half stoppage time and was pictured in a leg brace after the game. Now, club side Al-Hilal have confirmed the player’s worst fears. “The medical tests Neymar underwent, confirmed the anterior cruciate ligament and meniscus tear injury in his knee, he will be going through surgery and then a treatment program that will be determined later. Return Stronger,” the club wrote on social media.

The ACL injury news comes as a huge blow for both the player and his club. The Brazilian was the most expensive arrival in the Saudi Pro League during the summer. The 31-year-old took some time to make his debut for Al-Hilal as he was still recovering from a knock that he picked up last season. He finally played his maiden game last month and scored his first-ever goal for Al-Hilal in the AFC Champions League earlier this month at FC Nassaji. He has appeared in five matches, including three in the Pro League, thus far and scored just once.
