Okay, perhaps a smoothie is a quicker and easier breakfast than oatmeal. Other than its fruitiness and nutrients, a glass of smoothie is super filling and can provide you with the burst of energy you need to get your day started. This recipe is a banana smoothie, but the process is generally the same for most types.

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 tbsp. almond butter
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt

In a blender, add ingredients in the order they are listed. Purée ingredients until smooth. Serve in a glass with slices of banana and blueberries, if you please.

We all love bread and tea (or chocolate drink, if you please). Asides from the fact that it’s super easy and yummy, it could be filling too depending on the quantity you consume. Scrambled eggs or sardines are a good partner to complete this meal. Super easy!
