American actress Gabrielle Union has joined the list of A-listers who have praised award-winning Nigerian singer Tems. On Sunday night, Union was seen on camera hailing Nigerian artist Tems after her performance at the NBA All-Star Game. The NBA All-Star event happened over the weekend with various lineups in Salt Lake City. LeBron James and Giannis Antetokounmpo led the All-Star Game.

Apart from the many games that were played, three Nigerian artists, Tems, Rema, and Burna Boy, graced the stage and gave mind-blowing performances. Tems’ performance appeared to have blown away Union, who resorted to hailing the singer in the now-viral video. “There’s only one Tems. This is the queen,” she said.

American comedian Kevin Hart and South African-born star Trevor Noah partying it up in South Africa has fans swooning over their friendship. Hart kicked off his Reality Check Comedy Tour in the country at the SunBet Arena in Time Square, Pretoria. The comedian surprised the crowd by bringing out Noah as the opening act. During his comedic set, Noah said no renowned American celebrity was willing to be the first guest when he was the new “The Daily Show” host except for Kevin, who happily agreed.

Recalling the show on Instagram, Kevin Hart said he was stunned by the applause Trevor Noah received and expressed his gratitude. Trevor also took to his timeline to share images from the eventful night. The two stars hit the club with close friends to celebrate the success of the opening shows.

Tiwa Savage attended a British Vogue Magazine event where she got to dine with editor-in-chief Edward Enninful and Hollywood actor Leonard DiCaprio. Interestingly, those were not the only top stars Savage got to meet, as another video captured her having a good time with Hollywood actor, Jamie Foxx. Unlike the subtle setting with Enningful and Dicaprio, Tiwa and Foxx were captured on the dance floor busting some serious dance moves.

The “My Darling” crooner whined her waist as Foxx took his position behind her and equally got in the celebratory mood.

5. Barcelona corruption saga: Sevilla call for La Liga & RFEF to help ‘get to the bottom’ of referee payments case

Sevilla have called on La Liga and the RFEF to “get to the bottom of” Barcelona’s payments to the vice president of the Committee of Referees. It has been reported that Barcelona made 33 separate payments to a company owned by Jose Maria Enriquez Negreira, the former vice president of the Technical Committee of Referees in Spain. An investigation is now underway by the Prosecutor’s Office, but La Liga is unable to open its own formal process due to the statute of limitations rule. However, Sevilla have urged the league and the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) to do whatever they can to aid the investigation in an official statement expressing “concern” over the allegations of corruption aimed at Barca.

Sevilla are the first club to publicly call on Spanish football to look into the so-called “Negreira case.” La Liga president Javier Tebas has called Barca’s sporting integrity into question, though, and the RFEF released their own statement on the matter last week, pledging to “appear in any possible legal proceedings on this matter.”
