Rising womenswear brand Wanni Fuga by designer Toluwani Oyefuga, has been making steady progress in the Nigerian fashion industry and to celebrate its second successful year in business, the brand has just released a new campaign titled Questing, inspired by “the Omani Woman”.
On the new limited campaign, here’s what the brand had to say:
The campaign focuses on the classic woman and her eternal desire to attain greatness whilst remaining true to her being. She is constantly bettering herself, her family and her community. She is elegant, youthful and full of life. The pieces in Questing, are particularly inspired by The Omani woman, who is the more liberal of the women in her regions.
An Omani Woman desires greatness, happiness, truth and freedom yet stays true to her religion and culture. The use of exquisite fabrics and detailing showcase her fine taste and unique style.
The colour palette of the film is a representation of her character – depicting the pureness and calmness of the Omani Princess.
Wanni Fuga is set to release its full collection and much more at the celebratory event on June 12th at popular retail store, Zazaii.
