Shipping & Delivery

(A)  Do you ship globally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. All shipments are sent from our New York warehouse via USPS and costs are based on the shipping address.


(B)  When can I expect my package?

Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. You can expect your package to arrive based on the shipping option you select as shown below.

 

Shipping within the United States:

We offer Free Shipping for orders over $150 using ground shipping. Ground delivery time is 5 to 7 Business Days – US Only. You may select Priority Shipping to receive your order within 2-3 Business Days instead (charges apply).

Here are our Priority Shipping rates: 

1 to 2 Items – USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Business Days) – $7.90

3 to 5 Items – USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Business Days) – $14.35

6 to 9 Items – USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Business Days) – $21.00

If you need your order to arrive sooner, we over Express Mail shipping for next day delivery.

Express Mail: Please note your order must be placed before 9 am EST for the order to go out the same day. If an order is placed after the cutoff time it will ship the following business day. Signature is required at time of receipt.

 

International Shipping

Priority International (1-3 items) $35.00

Priority Intl (Medium) (4-6 items) $45.00

Priority Intl (Large) (7-9 items) $53.00

Priority Intl (X-Large) (10+ items) $70.00

*Merchandise will be mailed out within 24-48 business hours from the order date and will take 6-10 business days to arrive.

(C) How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, an email will be sent to you containing tracking information. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with USPS.


(D) How do I know if my order has been received?

Upon completion of your order, a confirmation email with your order details and shipment tracking number will be sent to the email you provided during checkout. If you have any questions please contact our support team at shop@stylerave.com.

If you’re awaiting a response from us, please check your spam folder as well. As our email may end up there the first time we email you.


(E) What if my order is yet to be delivered?

If after contacting USPS with your tracking number you still need assistance regarding locating your order, feel free to reach out to us at shop@stylerave.com and one of our representatives will gladly assist you.

Please note, we are not responsible for orders lost by the shipping company, incorrectly entered addresses, or unclaimed/returned packages.
