Gidi Blues, one of the most highly anticipated love stories in Nollywood, premiered yesterday, June 4th, at the Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos, as was earlier reported. Click here for more details about the movie and trailer.
Gideon Okeke, star of the movie, showed up looking every bit the part in a red blazer, denim pants, hat, and laced-up boots combo. His co-star and lead actress Hauwa Allahbura arrived stunningly dressed in a trumpet-styled, embellished red dress. Other Gidi Blues castmates and celebrities, including Banky W., Lepacious Bose, Daniel Lloyd, Bukky Wright, Olu Jacobs, Joke Silver, Lilian Afegbai, were also in attendance.
The movie producer and director Femi Odugbemi (founding producer of Tinsel and 3-time head Judge of the Africa Magic and Magic Viewers Choice Awards) was on the ground to receive all in attendance.
