The Most Rave-Worthy Designs From Paris Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2021

Paris Fashion Week Fall Autumn Winter 2021 Highlights

After New York, London, and Milan fashion weeks, Paris closed the fashion month with a grande finale. As the season has come to an end in Paris, one thing is clear: Fall and Winter 2021 will not be dominated by only muted shades. Expect to see bold shades of pink, gold, and blues. Paris Fashion Week 2021.

The only brand to have a physical show this season was Coperni as the designers Sébastien Meyer and Arnaud Vaillant staged a drive-in event. The guests were picked up in pairs by cars and taken to Accor Arena in the outskirts of Paris to comply with the strict rules of social distancing. They were then lined up to form the runway for the models to walk through. The collection featured clothes that reflected the duo’s love of Space Age-meets-club attire aesthetic. Thebe Magugu

South African designer Thebe Magugu, unveiled his Fall/Winter 2021 collection centered on celebrating African spirituality, and female divination. The collection titled “Alchemy” explores the occult, cultural heritage of the South African upbringing, and the modern women changing the landscape. The collection was inspired by people’s relationship with their ancestors, as well as with the traditional healers and their powers, and it asks the question of what comes next.

For Balmain, Oliver Rousteing delivered a collection that served as an echo of the unified global longing to travel. The collection was inspired by the idea of taking flight and was presented in the vast hangar of Charles de Gaulle airport. Olive looks with pops of neons and metallics were the core of the collection.
