It’s that time of the year again and while you might feel too old to still go trick or treating. “Oh! I’m a parent now, where’s the fun in Halloween? Are you kidding me? Heck! you could even give your children the spookiest Halloween scare they would live to tell their children then top it off with watching the best halloween movies on Hulu or Netflix. 

It’s also understandable that your energy level might not be up for some partying, especially considering the times, so why not trade it all for some spooky Halloween family movies? Get the ambiance right—a dark room, food, a blanket and it’s “Hulu-ween” and chill time.

#1. Children of the corn (1984)

Whenever you peek at the name Stephen King, you’re sure to have a good watch. Yes, we know as children adults were so annoying but the children of this town took matters into their hands and murdered the adult population. This movie will definitely give you the chills.

Halloween family movies are usually scary and nothing more but this particular one has a comedic vibe to it. We know the scramble for social media relevance is real but these two friends go haywire and start murdering people in a guise to “solve” crime cases for a high engagement on their crime blog. Line up on this classic horror movie series, it’s so scary it never gets old. Some sites are better left unopened, that’s the case, as an entrepreneur reopens camp crystal lake. It’s blood spilling from here on. You could totally binge-watch these series all day long but don’t be surprised when you start seeing shadows where there are none.

Halloween isn’t complete without a few creepy monsters. There are countless Godzilla movies out there, so make your pick. After watching the latest 2019 Godzilla: King of monsters, it’ll literally kick start your spooky journey, follow suit as you binge right on the 1954 Godzilla movie to see how far technology has come. Then eenie-minnie your way through the rest.
