As the 2019 Cannes Film Festival comes to an end today, we look back at some of the most stunning designs we spotted on and off the red carpet. Throughout the nearly two-weeks film festival, celebrities and film enthusiasts refused to give us a break with their red carpet slay but isn’t this exactly what we want?
A stunning array of Rave-worthy pieces were seen on the red carpet and with each glamorous look, we just kept asking can anyone out-slay this? Voluminous dresses made appearances more times than we could count, giving us bridal outfit inspiration for days!
So far, our best looks have been those that can be taken from the red carpet to the wedding aisle, court or even reception. These are looks that any 2019 or 2020 bride should consider if she is a lover of haute couture, is daring and ready to be a show stopper on her big day! She can decide to have them in the original colour, other colours or look for white alternatives to suit her dream wedding.
From Sririta Jensen in the Michael Cinco ombre purple SS 19/20 multi-tiered dress to Deepika Padukone in a lime green Giambattista Valli mullet dress and Sonam Kapoor giving us the perfect bridal suit vibes in a white tuxedo with a 2-metre train by Ralph and Russo, every daring bride would love a piece or two in this lookbook.
