Where is the Style Rave Shop based?

Our Shop is based in New York and all orders ship out from our warehouse within 24 business hours.

Return Policy

What is the refund policy?

We offer product exchange and store credit for returned merchandise. However, returned merchandise must not have been used, and must be in its original condition with all tags, including any hangtags still attached. We do not accept items that have been worn, soiled or have missing original tags.

Please note that original shipping/handling fees are non-refundable.

Upon receipt of your return package, a store credit will be processed within 2 to 3 business days. You will receive an email with your store credit details once your return has been approved.

The following goods are non-returnable: final sale items, lingerie/intimates, bodysuits and accessories.


We take pride in carefully sourcing quality pieces and properly inspect each item prior to shipment therefore receipt of a damaged item(s) is a rarity. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defected please contact us within 48 hours from the date of delivery. We will need proof of damage such as images showing the damage. Upon approval, we will then provide a return label. This is the only case where we refund to the original payment method.

What is the refund process?

All claims, including returns, must be initiated within three (3) days of your order delivery date. Please contact us via email at [email protected] for a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions as merchandise will not be accepted without prior authorization.

All return emails must include your order number for reference.

Please include a copy of your Return Authorization and insure your package prior to return delivery. Note that the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

U.S. Orders

All merchandise approved for return must be shipped within two (2) business days of receipt of Return Authorization.

International Orders

All international orders must have returned postage dating no later than 7 days from the date it was received. Any international return received later than 45 days from the order date will not be acceptable.
