A few months after the grand traditional wedding of media mogul Mo Abudu’s daughter, Temidayo Abudu to Adebola Makanjuola, son of billionaire and chairman of Caverton Helicopters, Aderemi Muyinudeen Makanjuola, the couple held a more intimate white wedding ceremony last weekend in California, USA.
The white wedding rounds off three ceremonies held across three continents to solemnize the coming together of the couple. Temidayo and Adebola had their marriage legalized in early June at the Westminster House Registry in Marylebone, London. The traditional wedding, held in Lagos, was attended by A-list celebrities and other high-society personalities.
The white wedding which was an outdoor event was held at the beautiful Hummingbird Nest Ranch in Santa Susana, California.
The mother of the bride, Mo Abudu looked all glammed up in an all pink ensemble for the wedding. She wore a gorgeous feathery off-white Oscar de la Renta dress with pink undertones and the dress was only outdone by a matching fascinator.
Her makeup which was done by Lagos-based BMpro was flawless, and so was her hair, done by Bee Daisy Hair and Pushie’s Makeover.
The bride was expectedly even more stunning. Dressed in a beautiful lacy YSA Makino dress with endless appliques, her gorgeous big Afro hair definitely sealed the deal. Her hair was done by Los Angeles-based hairstylist Marjorie L. while her makeup was also done by BMpro.
This has got to be the most identical mother and daughter duo we’ve seen in a while. Mo Abudu and Temidee, as she fondly calls her daughter, were not only splendid on her daughter’s special day but reminded us that truly, the apple doesn’t fall too far from the tree.
