When a giant streetwear label teams up with an iconic luxury brand, they would definitely need a supermodel to be the face of that campaign. This is exactly what happened as Kith collaborates with Versace, enlisting supermodel Bella Hadid to be the face of their campaign.
This collaboration is the first major luxury team-up for Kith and is also Versace’s first such collab since H&M. This also marks the first time Versace’s iconic Medusa emblem is being redesigned. The redesign features Kith’s box logo on Medusa’s eyes.
Bella Hadid, who is a frequent muse for Versace showed off a collection of effortlessly styled streetwear outfits that had a combination of Kith’s streetwear sensibilities and Versace’s maximalist approach. The 100-piece collection features menswear and womenswear outfits such as velour puffer jackets, denim separates, printed bike shorts, logo sweatshirts, among others.
The collection which was photographed by Pierre Toussaint will be produced in Italy, with Versace providing the fabric and the silhouettes being designed by Kith.
For shoes, the brands looked to Versace’s Amico Trainer and updated the design to offer both a mid-top and low-top design in five different variations.
Here’s a look at some of the shots from the campaign…
The collection is set to be released on Friday, February 15th at all Kith shops, 5 PM GMT+1 on Kith.com and at select international Versace flagship stores.
