As Africa Fashion Week Nigeria celebrates five outstanding years in Nigeria, it’s worthy of note that the fashion week has over the years successfully built a platform for emerging and renowned fashion designers in Africa to showcase exquisite and creative pieces depicting our African heritage and culture through fashion. This year will be no different as designers from all over the world are gearing up to showcase their designs.
For 2018, Africa Fashion Week Nigeria opens the doors of the National Theatre, Lagos in July celebrating Africa Heritage. Questions asked by the brand,
“What is the true essence of our heritage? How well do we celebrate the rich culture and monuments that honour our history?
What makes us Africans?
Our hair or Food?
Our Rich Culture?
Our Resilience to keep going despite the odds?
All of the above?”
Don’t miss the chance to showcase your exclusive designs at the National Arts Theatre, Iganmu, Lagos, to an audience of over 3,000 visitors over the two days from the 6th to the 8th of July 2018. Doors open from 10 AM on Friday and 11 AM on Saturday for Exhibition. Other details are as follow:
Friday Catwalk Shows: 4 PM & 7 PM
Saturday Catwalk Shows: 1 PM, 5 PM & 7 PM
Saturday – Peoples Runway: 3 PM
